Shipping Policy

The shipping charge for each of the products inside Dhaka will be 80 TK, and outside 120 TK. In general, it will take 2-3 business days to deliver products inside Dhaka; however, 3-5 business days may be required for outside of Dhaka.

MLODI Return & Refund Policy

At MLODI, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Each piece is crafted with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Please note: Size exchanges or change-of-mind returns are not available at the moment, as each product is produced in limited quantities.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, our team will confirm if the return is approved.

  1. Return Process
  • After approval, our courier partner will contact you to collect the item from your address.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during return transit.
  • Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll proceed with the refund process.
  1. Refund Method

Since MLODI operates only through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as:

  • Store Credit or Replacement of equal value, depending on your preference.

No direct cash refunds are available.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items
  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
